Our Rates

On-Site Services

These rates apply to on-site service calls within our service area (listed below). They do not include costs for materials such as software and hardware that is to be owned by a customer.

  • $60 per hour (1 hour minimum) *
  • $30 per 30-minute increments after first hour

* Please note there is a minimum 1 hour fee except when negated by a promotional offer.

Areas Served

We do not charge a travel fee within a 40-mile radius of our North Raleigh office. A $15 fee for travel will be applied for on-site service that is 41-60 miles from our office.

Web Design/Programming/Consulting

These rates apply to web site design, programming and consulting. Web site maintenance is handled by a simple contract that will clearly spell out responsibilities and costs.

  • Initial consultation - Free
  • Web design document - starts @ $250 depending on project size
  • Programming HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Perl, PHP - $100 per hour
  • Programming MySQL Database - $100 per hour
